Cher's Tattoo's

Cher has 7 tattoo's in total that i have pictures of, if you know different feel free to correct me :). Cher had a number of tattoo's when she first auditioned for the x-factor, the music note on her hand is notorious for being compaired to Cheryl Cole's.
Tattoo Number 1- The Music Note

Another tattoo Cher has has is never really mentioned is the 'Shh...' on her finger, other celebs such as Rihanna have the same tattoo.
Tattoo number 2- Shh

Another not so obvious tattoo is the bow on her lower back, which there is a picture of below.
Tattoo Number 3- The Bow
One of the ones that used to be the most obvious bar music note was the spanish lyrics on her right arm, She has the spanish words 'Bolsillo Lleno De Suenos' which means 'pocketfull of dream' which is a lyric from the Alicia Keys and Jay-z song Empire State of mind.
Tattoo Number 4- Bolsillo Lleno De Suenos
In 2011 just before she flew to America Cher tweeted that she had got new ink. She got 3 new tattoo's when all the press said 2. the first was a diamond on her right hand. and the second was a quote saying 'All that you have is your soul' which is from a famous Tracy Chapman song with the same name, the meaning behind the lyrics is that it is her mum's favourite song. These were the pictures the media published before America saying that she had two new tattoo's.
Tattoo Number 5 & 6- The Diamond And 'All That You Have Is Your Soul'.
The 3rd new tattoo Cher got before her trip to America at the start of January, was of a question mark on her right wrist, and was never mentioned by the pres but this brings her to a total of 7 tattoo's and she's not even 18.
Tattoo Number &- The Question Mark
WHATS YOUR FAVOURITE CHER TATTOO ??

X Factor Final Cher was my winner

After the supposed disagreements over song choices and a number of complaints about the previous weeks semi-final format with a sing-off saving Cher over Mary, Cher came out on stage as strong as ever and preformed better than any other finalist.

It was a good final, all the contestant were strong but when Cher preforms, she owns the stage and literally you can't take your eyes off her. The First song she did was a mash up of the clapping song and get your freak on
Noone preformed like Cher did. This was one her best performances of the whole series in my opion and it was just incredible, she jut kept raising her game. her audition is deffinitley the best audition in x factor history. and then she shocked everyone on the halloween week with her flawlessly epic rendition of Shakespear Sister 'Stay' then she just raised the bar of the final. Her duet was with the one and only Will.i.am where Cher sang where is the love then introduced will and they both sang i got a feeling... she was clearing loving it because Will is one of her idols and he made her voice sound incredible it was a good song choice and an awesome duet.

Will.i.am also confirmed that the day after the X Factor final him and Cher went to the studio and got to work on a record. They didn't waste anytime! And now she's in LA working with him.

Her interview after the final she handled very well, she felt relieved because the stress was now gone, and she emphasised how gratefull she was to be there in the first place! Will.I.Am was definitley one of the best moments of her life describing him as the 'best person on earth' . she even said 'i knew that i was going don't be silly' so i think she was mostly relieved and she was prepaired to go cause she didnt cry or anything.

talking about whats next shes said "WHEN YOU'VE GOT A DREAM, YOU DON'T JUST CLIMB THE LADDER HALF WAY, YOU GOTTA CLIMB TO THE TOP, AND THATS WHAT I INTENT TO DO" ..inspirational right ?

So although Cher may have only came 4th she definitley seems like the winner to me! now its just a waiting game for her single and debut album.

Lets go back > Cher Press Conference recap before X Factor Final

I havent blogged for ages, just gettin to grip with it... gonna go back to the X Factor 2010 press conference and chat about that because it enforces the reason why Cher is an inspiration and why she deserves all the luck in the world/

Before the X-Factor final they all did there homecoming and a press conference. At the press conference Cher was abit shocked and clearly hurt by the news that there was a hate campaign against her, but Cheryl took over and said that they are all made to focus on the positive, then when asked how she rated her chances Cher said " I do expect to be going, its fine ive made it this far and im very lucky, cause i could have went a fair few weeks ago. but everybody here, they very much deserve to be here, and i know im not really gonna win it come on im the rapper, um not normally do people like me ever get a chance on the show so im very very glad that i've come this far." "I think people have misjudged me, yeh, im not the person that i get made out to be, but thats fine, i know who i am, and the people that know me know who i am."

For me this said a lot.. that she is a genuinely nice girl that has been given the chance to live her dream and she is fully aware of where she is and the greatness of the whole competition. The X Factor is the biggest talent competition in the UK at the moment and to get to the final is a big deal. bearing in mind that Cher hasn't been out of the papers for differennt reasons since her first audition aired, it must have taken very think skin and a very mature attitude to get as far as Cher did in the competition with all the stories about her.

Im not saying that no one else had negative press, i just feel that at the end of the day she is a 17 year old girl trying to achieve her dream and i don't think its right for people to put her down by publishing stories when 80% of them aren't even true. It must hurt because people create an opinion based on what they read about her in papers and stuff and if people are reading lies then they will percieve her to be something that she's not, so for a 17 year old to rise above all that the way that Cher did is admarible.

She may have had a few tantrums, but i believe it is because she is passionate about what she does, its good to stick to your values and not keep quite or change just because someone tells u to , i don't like how the media made a big deal out of things like her choosing to wear her own clothes or hanging round with lads from one direction, i understand they need stories to publish but when you see other contestants like Matt answering back to stories and getting mouthy it makes you respect Cher more for being able to ignore it all and not stoop to the level of the media.

yeh so the press conference made me respect her alot.

X-Factor Becoming a Joke.

This weekend the X-Factor contestants took on famous Beatles tracks, although no one had an amazing week there was a lot of bitching between the judges about staging, and styling rather than the actually singing and when it came to sunday nights results it was quite a shock.

The results saw one of the favourite contestants, Cher Lloyd in the bottom two with Paige Richardson, Paige performed Let It Be, on the Saturday live show and gave alot better performance than some of the contestants. Cher also showed her vocals again this week by singing Imagine.

I know its based on the public vote but they were not the worst two acts... Paige was more expected as he has never appeared to have a large public following, but Cher has been one of the favourites from the moment she auditioned and if she were to have left the competition today there would have been a hell of alot more controvesy over the fact that Wagner was safely through Again! without even having to face the sing off!

It is obvious that whatever supporters he's got they are pretty much voting for him in spite of the whole 'X-factor concept' .. i believe basically, if you dont believe the show is real and you think its a fix or a scheme or whatever then just stop watching it... simple... stop watching it and stop ruining the voting for everyone else.

I'm glad Katie got through because she doesnt deserve all the hate and death threats is taking thing way too far, its a TV programme at the end of the day and these are mostly young people that have been given the opporunity to live there dream, i dont get how people cannot respect that!

I think it is disguisting for people to post all over the twitter things about Cher's eyebrows or her face or something so petty that it doesnt even matter! and people saying they wish she would die is ridiculous.. its not like shes killed anyone, or committed a crime or anything shes just a 17 year old who has been given an amazing opportunity.

I still cant understand why she was in the bottom two! it might be the fact she didnt rap, she has alot of haters when she raps but there are clearly supporters out there that prefer that because its different and it makes her stand out, which is why her audition is such a massive hit and probably one of the best x-factor auditions ever.

If Wagner doesnt go soon then there is something serously wrong, last week Aiden, now Paige, they obviously weren't going to win against the likes of Matt. One direction and Rebecca but  leaving before Wagner is not good, he's like Jedward but those stupid fans now know the power of Facebook and can get support and make him go to the final. he's not fun to watch, he's not fun to listen to, he cant even sing in time with the music, hes just a massive CRINGE!

X- Factor Gone Too Far ? (09.11.10)

After watching the X-Factor this weekend and hearing all the controversay over Cheryl's decision not to choose between her two acts it makes me question whether the programme has gone too far now?

Right from the start this start this series has had a lot of media attention and a lot of hype ... not all the attention has been positive either especially for judge and supposibly 'the nations sweetheart' Cheryl Cole.

First it was Gamugate - which i will stick buy her and say she made the right decision, even though a lot of people disagreed Cheryl made her choice and we didnt get to see all of judges house because the editing so i feel that made Cheryl come off in a bad light.

After her Pierce Morgan interview i feel so got the public back behind her but then when she preformed her new single 'Promise This' live on a X-Factor results show she got more stick for parts of the song being mimed and the fact that the performace was pre-recored rather than actually being live. again i dont think she was in the wrong at all it was recorded an hour before the show which is hardly a big deal and she didnt mime she just had backing music which she sang to whilst dancing and looking amazing. her performance was still wayyy better than katy perry's shocking vocal .. and it got Promise This staight to number one in the charts.

So on to Saturday's performances 6.11.10 - American Anthems
when i heard the theme i was excited because theres alot of choices and varity (after apparently getting rid of big band week this year because it wont suit the likes of Cher and One Direction)
- first was Cher singing Empire State Of Mind - now i love Cher and i think this performance was great but she's no Alicia Keys .. her voice isnt at that level i also think the fact she preformed first meant her perfomance was a little bit over looked, also alot of people didnt like the fact she had returned to adding rap after her Amazing 'performance of the series' rendition of Shakespear Sisters Stay (which is now back in the UK charts at number 12)
- Mary then sang There you'll be and it wasnt great .. Mary has got a bit boring anyway after the first week where everyone loved her but this week she cracked and her voice showed it .. shes still there though honestly dont think her hearts in it.
- Katie sang No Doubt - Dont Speak, she had a lot of comparison to Gwen Stefani so this song was an appropriate choice, it was bad but it wasnt great so i dont think she won anyone over.. wasnt to the level of her Jungle Book cover of I Wanna Be Like You in Guilty Pleasures week.
- Adien sang Nothing Compares to You origanally written and preformed by Prince, he did intense but tried to have more fun, i like Adiens voice but i think ever since his first audition where he sang Gold digger he's never been as good.
-Paige was amazing this week with his mash up of I'm a Believer and Hey Ya, it did remind me of Shrek abit but i thought it was fun his vocal was good and he stood out abit more, kept him away from the bottom two
-Rebecca was next and she sang a cover of Make You Feel My Love .. i think vocally Rebecca is in the top two along with Matt and this song was brilliant but im still undecided about whether i would buy her album.  shes deffinatley got the voice i just haven't really seen a personality yet.
- Wagner doesnt really even deserve the time of day
- then it was Matt who basically stole the show with First Time Ever i Saw Your Face which blew everyone away ... am in not gonna question how good it was because i love matt and think he will win the show but he deffinately sang this song at boot camp and when will he show us something different than a girls song?
- Trayc was okay but shes just boring shes the same as any other artist with an alright voice and no personality, maybe she was better than Katie but Simon was right in saying Katie is a more interesting perfomer
- One Direction were last this week and sang Kids in America and it was okay .. nothing special they alwasy have Liam mainly singing but i think this group could sing one word and they'd still get through because of all the teenage girls i dunno if thats enough to make them win in because a group never has but i see them doing a JLS doing okay on the show but then amazing after .

the Sunday results show was okay i think because Wagner has this facebook Campaign he'll be there a while so he was bout to be safe and i think Katie and Trayc were the right two for the bottom two, what i dont think was right was the way Dermot went too Cheryl second, they never do that on the X-Factor! if a mentor has two acts in the bottom two then they go to the other judges first then to the mentoring judge .. like in week one Simon had 2 acts in the bottom two and they went to the other three first but they all choose the same so simon didnt have to make a dicison i dont know why they suddenly changed it this week to make Cheryl look like the bad guy.

According to reports if Cheryl had voted for Katie and sent it to deadlock then Katie would have gone home instead of Trayc and i do think Trayc was better in the sing of but Katie is better to watch and i dont see why people are complain about Cheryl .. any judge in that position would not have chosen an act which is why they shouldnt have gone to Cheryl second .. are they just trying to mix the show up abit... are they trying to make Cheryl come across in a bad light .. is the show actually fixed? i just think its all getting abit too much because theres so many stories you just dunno what to believe ..

i feel sorry for the contestants and the judges this year because they cant seem to do anything right .. at the end of the day its a TV programme nothing more nothing less .. dont ring ofcom and complain just take it as it come cause lets face it no matter who went out of Trayc of Katie neither of them would ever win in any way so wats the big deal !!!

The X-Factor Theme Confusion

There has been alot of rumours about this weeks x-factor theme, is it boybands? ballads? or even rock week? which was sucessfully introduced to the show last year by the eventual winner of the series, Joe McEldrey singing Journey - Don't stop believing. On Wednesday it was confirmed by vocal coach Yvie Burnett that this weeks theme would infact be 'American Anthems'.

An offical X-Factor weekly video named the F-Factor announced the theme with a number of contestents hinting towards what songs they will actually be performing;
Treyc Cohen said that “The artist who sings it has a big mouth.”
Mary Bryne said “I’m a bit nervous about remembering those high notes and getting to them.”
Cher Lloyd has said "It's going to be hard not to be compared to the original artist. I need to sound completely different."
and One Direction have also tried to tease fans by saying "It's not that well known in the UK. It's bigger in America. I think there's a lot more pressure on us this week."

Whatever songs the contestants chose, theres one thing thats certain, the competition is deffinately heating up Yvie Burnett even said that "You're not going to get away with being mediocre this week, you're going to have to be outstanding."

...

however following the announcement of this weeks American Anthems theme during the contestants weekly video blogs where they answer questions posted to them by the public through the x-factor website,  http://xfactor.itv.com/2010/ . X-Factor contestant Cher Lloyd said;

"We've just had the note that our theme for this week had been changed, um i'd like to say that i'm really really nervous and that its abit of a struggle but actually im very very happy that it's been changed because i was scared about the first theme, um i've just been given my song and i cannot wait"

So does this mean that American Anthems has been changed? because the video diary's were posted the day after the annoucment of American Anthems? or does it just mean it was something else before they changed the theme to American Anthems? .. hopefully a songlist will leak before Saturday nights live show.
